​A tranquil combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Join us for a peaceful journey through a sequence of rejuvenating poses. 60 minute class. 

Les Mills BodyPump
​This weight training workout builds endurance in every major muscles group in the body. Numerous reps with light weights develops lean and toned muscles, spikes the heart rate and gives you a great workout. 30, 45, and 60 minute classes available. ​

Les Mills BodyStep
​An athletic party atmosphere takes you through simple movements on, over and around a height-adjustable step, providing a great cardio workout. 30 minute classes available. 

Les Mills CX Worx
​This class focuses on strengthening the abdominal and back muscles while also working the shoulders, gluts and hip flexors. CX Worx improves functional strength, helps prevent injuries and gives you the washboard abs you want. 30 minute classes available. 

Les Mills GRIT Cardio
High intensity interval training featuring explosive high-impact bodyweight exercises to get you super fit, super fast. 30 minute classes available. ​

Les Mills GRIT Strength
High intensity interval training focusing on strength and weight training, this program will see you achieve fast results. 30 minute classes available. ​

Les Mills RPM
Experience the indoor cycling workout that simulates an outdoor ride. Take on speed ​challenges, big hills and hostile racing conditions in this epic calorie burn. 45 and 60 minute classes available. ​

Zumba
An exhilarating, fun, and easy to follow dance fitness class. Choose your level of intensity and discover the exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. 60 minute classes available.

Kettleworx​
30 minute class with Kettlebells to promote cardio fitness and muscular strength with different options for beginner levels to advanced trainers. Followed by an optional 15 minute core strength training regime. 30 and 45 minute class available.  

Xtreme circuit 
Alternate between different exercises targeting all muscle groups. Intervals go for 1 minute and are designed to burn fat, promote strength and cardio fitness.​ 60 minute class available.

Living Stronger 
Gentle physical activity program suitable for anyone who hasn't trained for a while. You can train at your own pace in a friendly atmosphere; it includes modified strength and cardio training.
